The 2027 Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® Nomination Committee Election Slate has been completed and approved by the Board of Directors. The following ballot is now respectfully submitted to you for your consideration and approval:

The election of Officers and Directors shall take place at the September General Membership meeting.
We need your participation and support!

Additional candidates for the offices to be filled may be placed into nomination by petition, signed by at least 20% of the REALTOR® Members eligible to vote (approximately 60 signatures). If you wish to file a petition to be included on the September ballot, it must be received by the Executive Officer no later than 4:00 pm, Wednesday September 9th, 2026.

Staff would like to thank all of our volunteer leaders for all you do, and encourage all members to get involved in volunteer leadership- either through the Executive Board or on our amazing volunteer committees. Committee appointments will occur this Nov/Dec for next year. The LCBR Committees are: MLS Committee, Community Outreach Committee, Scholarship Committee, Membership & Education Committee, REALTOR Safety Committee, RPAC/Government Affairs Committee, Professional Standards & Grievance Committees.

September is REALTOR® Safety Month! 

REALTORS® are all about SAFETY! This year's safety meeting revolves around Emergency Management and Preparedness in our communities. 

Join us at the Hallmark Resort, Newport for our 2026 September General Membership Meeting, where our guest instructors: Del Lockwood, City of Newport Emergency Manager, and Cassie Boyle, City of Lincoln City Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, will provide pertinent information on how to manage certain emergency situations and to always be ready. They will provide resources and knowledge and will have a Q&A at the end of their presentation.
