Holly is an experienced Principal Broker specializing in Residential New Construction in the Willamette Valley & central Oregon Coast. Holly recently served 4+ years as Fowler Homes Pre-Sales Manager, Buyer's agent and Team Lead/PB of NewTeam of PPG with over $20M annual sales using comprehensive knowledge of the new construction processes, subdivision land development, marketing, buyer negotiations, interior materials selection, contracts and representation that protects new construction home buyers. As Pre-Sales Manager she managed all inquiries & communication from Realtors & consumers seeking information about existing, in-progress subdivisions & completed homes, lot/reservations, floor plans, optional upgrades and builder timelines & financial obligations/deposits. Her top priority is constantly improving the Builder/Consumer new construction listing & purchase experience.

Holly is blessed with 2 sons, 2 stepdaughters, 5 grandchildren ages 7 to 23, a loving husband, 2 Bearded female dogs - Lucy Lu and Camas Rose - tons of weeds to pull & grass to mow, rental houses & an extended family from USA to the Philippines to Scotland. She currently is living the “good small town life” in Monmouth, OR.
