Emerald Coast Realty welcomes a new member to the team in 2025, though she is not new to the community!

Ronda Woosley lived in Waldport many years ago, was a Miss Lincoln County contestant and graduate of Waldport High School. She married into a long-established local family then together the couple relocated to raise children in the idyllic Eastern Oregon community of Dayville. For the past 15yrs Ronda and her husband, Tony Woosley, have been in Bend, OR where Ronda was a broker with Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty at the Sunriver office.

Over 25yrs of professional work was spent as child-care provider and personal service provider. Then one of the families receiving care needed help at their Realty office so Ronda became a licensed Realtor in 2015. An unexpected but welcome turn of events! In the Real Estate industry, she found a very special outlet for the personal connections she tends to create naturally.

Ronda enjoys working with people and takes great satisfaction in assisting clients to find their next home or sell their current property, allowing them to embark on the next adventure of their lives. She has also found continual joy and artistic pride in her professional life as a certified Home Stylist/Stager to help realty listings sparkle.

Ronda is Mother to 2 amazing adult children and now Grandmother of 8 truly awesome little people! “The best job ever is being their Grammy!”
