Sarah Johnson’s clients receive her immediate personal attention and work with her directly for the entire period of the sale or purchase. They are notified in real-time when a potential property that fits the wish list and budget comes on the market and kept up to date regarding showings and market trends. She works hard to make sure that each client is provided the best service and attention to detail.

Sarah began representing clients at the Oregon Coast in 2015. She has represented buyers and sellers in more than 295 Coastal residential and commercial property sales. Currently, she serves as President of the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® and volunteers in the community in many ways.

Sarah represents! She is extremely interested in the individual, unique needs and circumstances of each client and always focused on listening to each client's most desired requirements and goals. She brings extra insight into property pricing choices and market understanding. The individual needs of each seller and buyer are given the highest importance and respect. Sarah is an expert advisor / evaluator in her geographical area to financial institutions, accountants, and members of the public.

Sarah is a trained conflict resolution specialist and has served her community as a Real Estate Ombudsman and Dispute Resolution volunteer within the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® for numerous years. 

Sarah has had many opportunities to enjoy business. She brings a solid marketing background to her listings, having been employed for 19 years as the president of a national marketing corporation that provided marketing services to real estate companies and financial institutions. She also has been a long-horn cattle rancher in Idaho, a senior managing partner in an Eco-Hotel in Costa Rica, the owner of an antique store, and is a freelance author.
