Introducing Our Panel Members: Brian Crawford - Lincoln County Sanitation, Carie Tribble – Aqua Pro Pump Service, Paul Robertson – Robertson Environmental

  • Brian Crawford is the Senior Environmental Health Specialist for the Lincoln County Onsite Waste Management Division. Prior to installing a new onsite system, or repairing or altering an existing system, a permit is required. Site Evaluations are also required to assess the suitability of the soil, hydrology, and topography of a property to determine if the site will meet all applicable requirements for an onsite system. As the Senior Specialist, Brian has years of experience with Lincoln County and is well versed in the potential issues and roadblocks that may come up in real estate transactions and in development, and, how to avoid them.
  • Shayne and Carie Tribble, owners and operators of Aqua Pro Pump Service, have been working in the water well industry for over 30 years. Carie works in the field and in their office, located in Albany. Aqua Pro is a family run business serving the Central Coast and the entire Mid-Willamette Valley. They perform installations and repairs to well pumps, irrigation and storage systems, pressure tanks, water treatment systems, and provide well flow testing and water sampling for real estate transactions.
  • Robertson Environmental LLC is an environmental consultancy, owned and operated by Paul Robertson. Launched in 2017, they serve local governments, tribes, watershed councils, non-profits, and private entities. Paul is located in Lincoln City, and is focused on environmental research and restoration. Their team works with clients to develop and implement water quality monitoring specifically tailored to their needs, and they help public and private entities develop sound environmental policies and outcomes.
