Jason and Marques are both former professional MMA fighters, amateur MMA champions, and have blackbelts in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu! But you don't need any experience to join this class, you'll learn simple and effective ways to help keep yourself safe, no matter your physical ability. Jason and Marques travel down to the coast especially for us and make this class so much fun! Bring a friend!
