Instructors Jason Pittman and Marques Daniels, are providing a 2-part class with hands-on self-defense training from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm and a de-escalation defense course from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This class will be held at the South Beach Christian School in Newport! Jason and Marques are both former professional MMA fighters, amateur MMA champions, and have blackbelts in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu! But you don't need any experience to join this class, you'll learn simple and effective ways to help keep yourself safe, no matter your physical ability. Jason and Marques travel down to the coast especially for us and make this class so much fun! Bring a friend!
Cost is $60 cash or check at the door please. Please note: There are two classes to be held on this date. $60 admission fee for each 2-hour course.
